KAI KUH-1 Surion Specs, Engine, Speed, and Price – KAI KUH-1 Surion is a twin-engine, medium-Lift, multi-role transport helicopter designed and developed jointly by Korea Aerospace Industries (KAI) and Airbus Helicopters to meet the requirements of the South Korean Army and Air Force. The helicopter will be used in a variety of applications, including troop strikes, search and rescue, tactical lifts, liaison and medical evacuation. It can accommodate pilots, co-pilots, two shooters and nine troops.

The KUH-1 Surion helicopter has an inertia navigation system, a global positioning system, an automatic flight control system, a forward-looking infrared radar, and a digital MAP.
Surion is also equipped with health and usage monitoring systems, modular weapon systems, counter size dispensing systems, infrared counter measures, electronic counter actions, radar warning receivers, collective hands and sticks, and inert on-board inert gas generating systems.
The KUH-1 Surion helicopter Cabin can accommodate 18 passengers with configurations of two pilots, two shooters, nine troops or configuration of two pilots and 16 troops.
