Kamov Ka-32A11BC Specs, Interior, Cockpit, and Price – The Kamov Ka-32A11BC is a twin-engine multi-role helicopter designed by Kamov Design Bureau, a subsidiary of Russian helicopter, and produced by Kumertau Aviation Production Enterprise. This helicopter can be used to carry out various missions including search and rescue (SAR), patrol, medical evacuation (MEDEVAC), cargo transportation, logging, complex fire fighting, and transportation of landing forces. This can also be used to support the police, special forces and other law enforcement units.
The helicopter can be operated by a single pilot and can carry out missions in urban and hard-to-reach areas. Ka-32A11BC helicopter has a standard maximum takeoff weight of 11,000 kg and takeoff weight with an underslung load is 12,700 kg. It can carry loads up to 5,000 kg on an external sling.
Ka-32A11BC helicopter can fly with a maximum speed of 260 km / h and cruise speed at a maximum continuous engine power of 245 km / h. The helicopter can go at 200 km / h to reach the maximum range of 650 km and can operate at a maximum height of 5,000 m. A total of 32,000 flight hours can be accumulated during the service period.
The MEDEVAC variant can be equipped with a medical module in the cabin. It consists of modern intensive care equipment to provide resuscitation in flight and life assistance for sick and injured people. In August 2011, the Ministry of Emergency Situations (EMERCOM) of the Republic of Kazakhstan signed a contract with Russian Helicopters for two Ka-32A11BCs for use in MEDEVAC, rescue, fire fighting, and other emergency operations. EMERCOM accepted the delivery of two helicopters during the international weapons system and military equipment exhibition, Kazakhstan Defense Expo 2012 (KADEX 2012).
In 2012, Russian Helicopters completed a contract with the Shanghai Directorate of Public Security in China for the production and delivery of Ka-32A11BC. This is intended for fire fighting and rescue missions. The helicopter was sent in April 2014.
Belarusian Minsk Ministry of Emergency Ministry placed a contract for one Ka-32A11BC helicopter in a fire extinguisher configuration in October 2013.
